This information is provided exclusively for the data processed by Munus International Srl as well as for the website and not for other websites that may be accessed by the user via links.

Where necessary to protect our legitimate interests, to the extent that our interests are not in conflict with your rights on data protection. Place and methods of processing

Type and nature of the processed data

Navigation dataAccess to the site involves the registration of data used solely for the purpose of ensuring correct operation. Among the collected data are included IP addresses and/or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of requested resources, request time, method used in submitting the request to the server, file size obtained in response, numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment.

Such data are not collected for the purpose of associating them with identified subjects, however by their nature they could allow users to be identified through processing and associations with data held by third parties especially when it is necessary to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

The site does not use profiling cookies, but only session cookies that are used for navigation and for authentication to online services and reserved areas. The use of these cookies (which are not stored persistently on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow effective site navigation.

You can enforce your rights, as expressed in articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, by contacting the Data Controller or the Data Processor.

You have the right, at any time, to ask the Data Controller for access to your personal data, rectification, erasure of the same, restriction of processing. Furthermore, you have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your data (including automated processing, e.g. profiling), as well as to the portability of your data. Without prejudice to any other administrative and judicial remedy, if you believe that the processing of data concerning you violates what is provided for by EU Reg. 2016/679, pursuant to art. 15 letter f) of the aforementioned EU Reg. 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data and, with reference to art. 6 paragraph 1, letter a) and art. 9 paragraph 2, letter a), the right to withdraw consent at any time.

In case of request for data portability, the Data Controller will provide You with your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, from an automatic device, except for paragraphs 3 and 4 of art. 20 of EU Regulation 2016/679.
